I was initially considering other places, but rather than simply taking the word of these locals, I've decided that I will
drop by Lapa. Looks like I was right - Lapa's a very vibrant neighborhood, people drinking here and there. However,
avoid the prostitutes around the alley. They may act like they want to welcome you, but they'll scam right under your nose.
