He's a guy who hides behind like trash cans and bushes with hands full of branches or “bushes” and he jumps out and screams at unsuspecting passers.

He scares the crap outta people when he jumps out...
He bout gave me a heart attack last year.
This year when we went, we knew to look out.
You can tell when he's around because you'll almost always see a group of people all looking in the same direction laughing or smiling like their waiting for something great to happen.
HERES A TIP, if a bunch of strangers are staring at YOU and smiling... look out, he may be nearby LOL.

LOL, that's what what happened to me the first time too!!! He jumped out and screamed ..man he's got a set of lungs! “boogety boogety” or whatever and then he's say ...
”pay the man...pay the man...”
when I didn't pay him he cussed at me and walked off with his branches and crouched back in the corner behind a trash bin...
Naturally I becaome the next gawker staring at the next unsuspecting sap LOL...
it's a vicious cycle
