Re: A club management's role in the business.

There are several factors which can either make or break a club, pub, bar, cabaret, or disco. As a bank manager, I would be
required to oversee, supervise, and control the roles of my employees in order for the bank to become prosperous. Similarly,
the bar managers must always exercise diligence required of them in order to keep their place profitable. It has to procure
supplies for the best possible cocktails and liquor for the satisfaction of their customers. They should also ascertain that
the patrons seeking their drinks are above 18 or 21 in some states. These are some of the insights I've learned while
visiting some of these bars. How about your ideas?

Bar management must now screen and conduct background checks for their bouncers and bartenders. They should not be hiring
those with criminal records. In addition, these bouncers must pass a certain class for them to be certified or licensed.

Those underage kids should likewise be banned from drinking, as that is a key problem where teenagers become unruly not only to
regular patrons but also to society as a whole.

For strip clubs, they should only hire women who are attractive, those who are falling under a certain age range, say from 18
to 35, and they must not be overweight or obese. They should also be good looking, as that would determine the survival rate of
a strip club.

Pubs should learn to have a sense of cleanliness, especially the obscure and small ones. No pub, however big or small, can
ever attract customers if they fail sanitary regulations.
