Celebrating a friend's birthday at a strip club...a bad idea or not?

My friend is celebrating his 21st birthday in a few days as he turns legal. We're thinking of celebrating at a bar but he insists that
it be held at a strip club of all places. Anyone thinks that celebrating a birthday at a strip club is a bad idea?

I don't think it's bad, but it's just weird. Why would your friend celebrate his birthday while watching women stripping half-nude?

Agree with moazowa - it's strange. Then again, if he likes to watch some strip show, it's his right. Besides he's of legal age.
