When I was a teenager I wanted to get a new nose,
as I thought mine was huge. Of course, my head/face was
just small! Now that I'm more mature, I can see it looks
grand. Does kind of prove how daft teenagers are!
Just to point out there D'oriel that is 'cosmetic'
surgery you are talking about. The 'respectable'
medical community are at pains to point out that
'Plastic' surgery is distinctly different.
