Seriously????? Seriously????
I'm out on a third date with a guy I really like at a bar.
Some guy comes over and pushes him out of the way and comes between us and starts chatting me up.
My date starts tapping him on the shoulder "ahem!" and the guy is ignoring him chatting me up.
When my date finally comes inbetween us the guy looks to me and him and goes "Ditch this loser and let's have a good time."
As if??? Even if I found him more attractive (which I didn't) do they expect me to just comply? Seriously???

I can be a little passive agressive like that too.
I've stolen a few dates in my time.

I would be disgusted by such behavior.
I'm sure the guy would be flattered, but imagine it being a girl storming in on his date.
Doubt they'd like that very much either.
That happened with me and my boyfriend before so it kinda goes both ways.

Don't think it matters on the cover charge always.
Just the atmosphere of the bar too.
You'll find pompous rich assholes no matter where a cover charge is just wanting a one-night bed warmer.
