Re: Hassle in pubs

Anyone here ever involved in a bit of aggro in a watering hole?

Did it escalate to a Gentleman Jim or Edward Scissorhands/Glassing episode?

Or was it sorted by roaring and screaming and the showing or teeth?

Did anyone here ever give or take a beating in a pub?

I was involved in 1 ugly scene only and it was solved by (pretty graphic) verbal abuse.

He was a punk with a mohican-style haircut and he rated himself the best man in the pub.

I convinced him that this was probably not the case.

Would you be quick to fly off the handle and go straight to the final solution or would you be a negotiator/threatener?

Hahaha. Grew up in a pub so I broke up a few 2 punches and a court appearance
were my battle scars. ;)

Re: Hassle in pubs

Never involved in any but seen plenty of great scrapes in some of the city's fine watering holes.
