Sup all. Thinking of starting a sandwich bar for simply two things.
Awesome sandwiches and awesome drinks. Keeping it simple and light on the payroll.

One of my favorite sandwiches: thinly sliced grilled chicken, bacon (get the good stuff from a local butcher), granny smith apple slices, and brie cheese on one of those really dense whole grain breads and grilled on the panini press. Total awesomeness!

I just have to ad Muffuletta on the menu just because of the name :D Thanks for the Shooter!
Northern Europeans just don't eat so much "special sandwiches". Gotta change that.
