Trendy Bars, dress code enforced

A friend of mine was denied entry to the Cocoon Bar because he was wearing sneakers. I tried to reason it out with the doormen, but
sadly they said no entry. I was wearing something formal, because that's my style. We decided to look for other bars where they would
allow training shoes, thus we visited the Dice Bar.

Trendy bars such as the Cocoon bar and La Dolce Villa are the strict types when it comes to dressing properly. Speaking of a dress code,
I recall now that the foreign tourist, think a Chinese, who was wearing sports shoes was refused entry at the Cocoon bar.

About two years ago. I was overhearing the conversation between the tourist and the doorman. The tourist knows a little English, but he
could not grasp what the doorman was telling him. I intervened, and told the tourist that the shoes he was wearing was inappropriate for
the occasion.
