Art Cafe not for tourists

Heard about this place...I brought in a friend from Malaysia who visited the club, and he was treated rather snobbishly
and rudely. When I asked the patrons why, they said because he was a tourist, and therefore not welcome. Guess I would
never visit this bar ever again.

Art Cafe isn't what you call particularly "tourist-friendly." There're a few bars where tourists, especially foreigners,
aren't particularly welcome.

No, except for the verbal bullying, where they said, "C****s out!" and we left so as to avoid any confrontation.

Have you considered filing a complaint with the management?

I don't think the management is the proper forum for this, rather the government is more appropriate.
