Met some foreigners in Flux

I've met a handful of nationalities while visiting the Flux bar, think a couple was Dutch, one a French and another a Spaniard. There are more
expatriates visiting the Flux more than natives, but this place is much livelier than clubs whose patrons are natives.

Well, a great number of foreigners (I'm a Korean tourist visiting Argentina) always carry more cash compared to natives. The middle-to-high income
class interact with us more than those in the lower-income bracket. At the same time, those in the lower income class have resorted to snatching to
rob foreigners of their cash or mingle with the crowd to prey on unsuspecting foreigners.

Not many, since foreigners try to police themselves. I'm talking about those who carry too much cold cash.
