Downtown suggestions?

What do people suggest for nightlife downtown? Food? Bachlorette parties?

Griffin is my favorite bar downtown, but there's a few bars on that block that you should check out...
Downtown Cocktail Room, Beauty Bar, Insert Coins, and the "new" one next door to Insert Coins.

Insert Coins is a must. I had a fantastic time there a few months ago. Retro Arcade/Bar/Club, overall good time.
I'm going down there on Sept. 4th, and this is a destination our first night for sure.
Our group at a good time at Gold Diggers, upstairs at the Golden Nugget.
This was a Thursday night I believe, and for a few hours, certain drinks were free for ladies.

Chicago Brewing Co. at 4 Queens, Binions bar and 777 as always are my favorite eats downtown.
