I know Vegas is a total party town for adults, but what about people who wanna have fun without the “adult” entertainment?

I take my teenage son to Pole Position every year! It's a great indoor go-carting place! He loves it and we always have a good time!

You can rent offroad OUV's 4X4's etc... tons of places to rent from, just check the visitors center!

Actually the visitor's center is your best bet no matter what you're goal is in Vegas. Everyone should stop and get their welcome packet!
