Solo in NYC for 3 days this week, where to go?

Where should a single 35 year old woman spend my days this week Wed - Fri solo in NYC?
I'm visiting friends and I've been to the main touristy spots many times over the years.
I want to find off the beaten path museums, best quirky restaurants, live music, even a yoga class or two.

"Warhorse" is fantastic and there are discount tickets to it now. Not a bad seat in that theatre either. Go see that show at Lincoln Center and then go to Fiorellos Cafe across the street. Or go before the show. Sit at the antipasto bar and have fun and talk to those near you. Great experience. One of my all time favs to do. Enjoy!

I second the Weegee exhibit. I also love the Cloisters, which is the Medieval arm of the Met, up in Fort Tryon Park. Take the M4 bus up Madison and it will drop you off at the front door of the museum.
