What party of Philly should I live in?

I am looking to move back into the area in the next 30 days from Phoenix.
I am originally from Allentown, and I miss the northeast and wanna come back.

Don't live in any Tower Development place in No Libs(which is every block in No Libs).
Bart is a hellhole and it's way too expensive.

I've been in Fairmount for about 5 years - great area of the city. Plenty to see/do and not far from center city.
I have lived in 6 different places ranging from $975 (1Bed) to $1700 (House w/ 3-4 beds and garage and roofdeck).
You'll find something for sure but you have to be willing to look at literally everything.

I honestly recommend East Falls. Parking is the only tough thing, but that depends on which section you end up in.
We have a train stop, only problem is train stops running at 12, but it's only $20 from old city to here, $30 from the stadiums.
