Re: A club and a church opposite each other in Manchester

This is one slick club right in the heart of Manchester. What intrigues me about this club is that it is located opposite a cathedral,
and it would seem that churchgoers would be disturbed by the patrons partying around.

I don't think the churchgoers would be affected, since both the club and the church staff would ensure that they won't disturb each
other. Besides, there are some of those churchgoers who are in fact party maniacs.

Agreed. Stewmak, have you ever heard of any complaint filed by the church for any form of domestic disturbance?

The church staff won't try to pry into the private lives of their churchgoers. As for these churchgoers, it's no problem if they find
themselves drinking some beer while they are hanging around the club.

It's all about respect - the club is closed every Sunday morning to accomodate the church's worship services, and the church would serve
their worshippers.

Respect of each other's establishments is quite rare, especially between two conflicting or contradictory places.
