Some cops at the Geisha Bar

My friends have been partying all night when suddenly we noticed a group of cops surveying the area. I don't know why they would
show up, but it appears they are looking for someone at the geisha bar. My group was particularly nervous since we feared we would
be interviewed by the 'coppers'. Luckily they found no one and left soon since they did not find anyone suspicious as we carried on.

Are the cops coming down on nightclubs recently? Or maybe they don't want us hanging around 'coz they think we're "delinquent."

I think they've been cracking down on the nightclubs lately because of prostitution and the likes.
