This is more of a dancing saloon for couples, so if you're fond of dancing with a partner, this is the place to be. But the
reason for me visiting this center is because of Teresa Cristina and her band, one of the country's popular artists.

The presence of TereCris is enough for the center to be filled every Thursday. On any other day though the center is devoted
mainly to samba and salsa dances.

Well, I would classify her as a world artist then. I may consider buying an album of her while in Rio, since I don't think
it is available in UK.
