For a big WOW, try the Bazaar by Jose Andres at the new SLS hotel. Good luck.

If you don't mind tapas, I would recommend Sugercane in midtown Miami.
I went there with some people for my birthday this year and it was fantastic.
We sat outside, there were shady trees, twinkling lights and it was all really pretty and romantic.
Prices are a bit much but the food was plenty good.
Get reservations n advance though cause this place can get really packed.
