Re: NYCer here visiting

Sup Miami, from NYC here visiting. I got some helpful tips the other day about my interest in moving to Florida.
I've been researching all the major cities in Florida. Boynton is one of my favorite choices so far.
Miami however seems to be good work and leisure and the beach.
My only concern is how convenient is it realistically to work in the Miami area but live in Boynton?

Re: NYCer here visiting

It's not really. You should expect over an hour every way.
Assuming you work at normal hours and also on where exactly you will live and where exactly you are working, it could be even more.

Re: NYCer here visiting

On the rare occasions that there's no traffic Boynton to Miami is like an hour.
The commute is a nightmare in traffic. Miami is also huge.
Depending on where you work it can you and upwards of 45 minutes to move within Miami.
As for schools, I don't have much faith in public schooling. Not the person to ask. Haha.

Re: NYCer here visiting

I live in Manhattan but have been here in Miami for about a month now for work
Why would you want to move here? Everything closes early and people are ruder than NYC. Good luck.

Re: NYCer here visiting

Jeff, I'm sick of self-important and sarcastic NYCer's. I like FL and want a change.
