Well, first you'll have to appease the two factions, and for sure you wanna be a neutral party who would try to defuse the situation.
It's very difficult when their leaders instigate the conflicts.

Major bar fights can be injurious to patrons and participants alike. If you can avoid them do so, but it's more rewarding if you can
stop it before it gets worse.

Bar managers refuse or are unwilling to stop brawls involving patrons or groups of patrons within a bar unless it involves their business
so greatly that they'll call the police and have all participants arrested.

Nothing you can do about bar brawls that have gone out of control. The only thing you can do now is to hope the authorities calm down
the situation and defuse any conflicts among patrons.
