Watching at the Ster theater sucks big time

I wanted to watch a certain movie here at Ster theater, but I just learned that its rules are quite different from theaters
in the United States. First, you have to call them for reservations, and you only get a seat if there are leftovers. And
that's not all - your seating is preassigned, which means you cannot choose your seat if you feel uncomfortable. It's basically
take it or leave it...and that's very bad alright.

Their rules must really be unfriendly to an average moviegoer. For them earning a profit takes precendence over everything.

Sadly, Ster's rules are THAT rigid - in fact, by calling for a reservation you are simply asking them to reserve a seat
for you, and that they will decide where you will take your seat. You've got no choice in the matter.

The movies are mostly in English with Greek subtitles, which is the only good thing.
But Chesafake makes a valid point: if your seating's predetermined either you will have to get used to it or you forfeit your seat.
As far as they are concerned the money's important to them.
They couldn't care less about their so-called customer service.

Sometimes Ster theater's staff don't know a thing about the moviegoer. Kind of like the video game ban which they passed into
law on the grounds that they cannot determine illegal gambling, so they go draconian and ban every video game. What a bunch of
idiots.
