Re: Just dropping by at the Doblo Wine Bar

As a wine taster for six months, I have this penchant for tasting various wines from across regions, countries, and
continents. Based on some initial reviews I've browsed and read, the Doblo Wines appear to be quite good, but I can't
say for certain if one wine is better than the other. Need some insights from those who visited this bar before...what's
your take on the wines?

Re: Just dropping by at the Doblo Wine Bar

All wines, AFAIK, have similar strengths in age, but those which have been aged longer taste better. As for the wines at
Doblo, there's one particular white wine which I recall tasting - and it was REALLY good. I don't recall the name though,
but if u ask for the strongest wine, I think they might know what u're talking about.

Both white and red wines are equally good, especially when aged. White wine, however is not just for tasting and drinking,
as it can also be used for cooking. Red wine is good for preserving youthfulness and preventing certain cancers, or heart
ailments, I'm not sure.

I'm a doctor by profession, and wines are good for heart ailments, although this has yet to be proven by further research. :)

That's a relief to know that there's someone with medical expertise.
