I didn't expect this to happen, but it did - a man who just came out of the Skyline Bar was having the best time of his life until
he was caught and fined. He was bringing his drink along, and though he was not yet drunk, he thought of going back home and finishing
his favorite booze. The police then saw him drinking his booze, he was stopped and thus caught for drinking in public. He was
a native Latvian, and if he was caught, then tourists should not expect to get away with anything less. This is a cautionary tale
for tourists not to bring your drink. Finish your booze inside the bar. It's ok to be drunk, but not to be drinking in public.
