Rio Seafood buffet getting worse?

I remember back in the late 1990s people were flocking in the door to get a taste of Rio's seafood buffet.
I went two days ago and it was half full... What happened ( I haven't been here for 6 years)?
Their food also tastes BAD now also... New management?

The Rio is mostly just pre-made warm and serve institutional school cafeteria food.

I remember years ago the lobsters were awesome and there was steamed, there was grilled, and other preps.
Now it's not even actual lobster but squat lobsters which are tiny and taste different and sadly steamed to rubber or mush.

It's really bad. Those lobsters smell and taste bad. Nothing fresh there.
