Good bar spots in Philly?

I'm heading to Philly for two days tomorrow, probably staying around Center City area, looking for some tips of some decent nightlife - I guess close to my accommodation would be the easiest?

Also, Oscar's. but note, they're out of liverwurst even though I'm pretty sure it's still on the menu and the waitstaff will become hostile if you press the subjet.

Divey with music? Maybe Bob & Barbara's?
12 Steps Down might fit the bill as well, a proper 'dive' (as in, you have to go down from street level) that allows smoking.

The Trestle Inn cute go go bar with great wine lists, draft list, and nice selection of whiskey.
Don't walk here, catch a cab. It looks like a shit hole on the outside but it's nice inside. Part of the ascetic.
The Ranstead Room for fancy drinks. Closer to Rhittenhouse Square. The Khyber Pass Pub for great draft list and mint julips.
oh and the food is kick ass. It's in Old City, not far from CC at all.
