Sup guys, I go to Upenn but never leave campus. My little brother is coming and is interested in going to Upenn but also wants to see Philly.
How's the nightlife/tourism? Recs?

Also, you can pretty much ignore South St. Tattooed Moms is an institution but there's not much else down there than tacky/sex shops.
