Twenty yo girl here looking for new friends in Philly

I live in University City and it can get pretty boring around here.
I'm not into the whole frat party thing, but I do like to hang out and drink, go to house shows, concerts, etc.
My friends are especially busy with school and work right now and I'm looking to get out and meet some new people and enjoy the awesome spring weather we're having here.

In University City pretty much just camp out by UPenn and you'll find people everywhere
Meet people and see where they hang out.
That's what I've been doing. Haha.

Try going to Phoebe's BBQ! Steaks on South is good too! Lot of cool people eat there.
