I'd say that Pappa's Bros is the by far the best deal. Stephan Pyles is a close second.
A little undecided about his food though.
SP's RW meal from 4 years ago is better from where it is today. French Room is great, if not for the food, then for the interior design.

My worst experience was Fearing's. Stay clear from that and for the most part you should be good.

Personally didn't care for Pappa Bro's. Much more partial to Al Bernaits.
