THE BIGGEST AND BEST NYE PARTY ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET
This facility is not only a sports center, but is also a venue for entertainment. Tickets are quite costly, since attendance can peak up to around 20,000 or more. Artists, singers, and musicians will offer quality entertainment and fun for the entire family, from Bryan Adams, Yanni, Neil Young, Jerry Seinfeld, and many more. For sports fans, it's home to the Winnepeg Blue Bombers.
Some of the patrons of this club are quite the dressy type, but rest assured that this club doesn't have a particular dress code to speak of. Most of the patrons are young adults, but there are some professionals too, all of whom want a relaxing drink. Cheers to a glass of vodka.
I've given this bar a chance, and quite frankly the patrons turned out to be cold, if not totally hostile. I don't know why some of the patrons are pricks, although I heard a rumor once that the club was once populated with skinheads. Maybe some of the clientele were in fact racists, which is why they were glaring at me as if I didn't belong with them. All I wanted was their best drink, and the bartender served me their traditional, old-fashioned cocktail. This is one bar that I'll be writing off...best to avoid this place if you can.
This club is better known for its highly-sociable patrons rather than the sweet cocktails. As a newly visiting client to this club, I was given a warm welcome by its old-timer patrons. Most importantly, I happened to visit while the artist Trouser Mouth was performing. They're a great performing band alright - best show I've seen.
