21. Zinfandel
A red wine grape with a low to moderate acidity and medium to full body with jammy, spicy flavors.
22. Alabama Slammer
A shot made with Sloe gin (gin flavored with slow berries), fruit liqueur (usually Southern Comfort), Amaretto and orange juice.
23. Scotch
A Scottish genre of whisky, it is aged in oak barrels for at least three years. Its smoky flavor is derived from a process used in its production involving malt and peat.
24. Vodka
One of the world’s most popular spirits. This distilled beverage usually contains about 40% alcohol concentration and is often drunk neat as part of a cocktail.
25. Sex on the Beach
A fruity vodka based cocktail usually made with peach schnapps, orange juice, and cranberry juice.
26. White Russian

A cocktail based on rum, Curaçao liqueur, and limejuice, associated with a “Polynesian-style” settings.
28. Stout
Similar to a Porter, a Stout is a dark beer made using roasted malt or roasted barley, hops, water and yeast.
29. Anisette
Anisette is an anise-flavored liqueur. It is colorless and produced of distilling aniseed. Due to its high alcohol content it is usually served in mixed drinks are simply mixed with water.
30. Bock
A type of lager that is relatively strong (6.3%–7.2% by volume) with a sweet and slightly hoppy taste. The beer should be clear, and color can range from light copper to brown.
31. Fuzzy Navel
A cocktail consisting of Peach Schnapps and orange juice made over ice.
32. Limoncello
A popular Italian lemon liqueur, traditionally served chilled. It has a strong lemon flavored but is also sweet because of added sugar.
33. Gin Fizz
A Gin Fizz contains gin, lemon juice, sugar, and carbonated water and served in a highball glass with ice cubes. Lemon-lime soda can also be used. It is similar to the Tom Collins cocktail.
34. Hurricane
An extremely sweet Rum-based alcoholic drink made with fruit juice, syrup or grenadine and rum.
35. India Pale Ale
Also referred to as an IPA, this style of beer is very similar to a pale ale.
36. Tequila
A spirit made from the blue agave plant, its alcohol concentration ranges from 35% to 55%. It is commonly drunk straight and often served with salt and a slice of lemon. It is also a part of various cocktails.
37. Manhattan
A Manhattan is a cocktail made with whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters. The cocktail is often stirred with ice and strained into a cocktail glass, where it is garnished with a cherry.
38. Sangria
Sangria is a wine based drink popular in Spain and Portugal. It consists of wine, chopped fruit, a sweetener, and a small amount of added brandy.
39. Sake
A rice-based alcoholic beverage of Japanese origin, sometimes referred to as “Rice Wine” it has an alcohol concentration of about 15%-20%.
40. Appletini
An apple martini (appletini for short) is a cocktail containing vodka and apple juice/apple cider/apple liqueur/apple brandy and optionally vermouth.
